No. Optima Hormone & Longevity is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance. You will know the professional visit fee before your appointment.
No. Medication is prescribed only after a medical evaluation and when Dr. Concepcion determines that treatment is clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
Patients must be physically located in Florida at the time of the telehealth visit. You should also join from a private, safe location with a reliable internet connection.
No. Laboratory testing is separate from the consultation fee. Dr. Concepcion may review existing results or recommend additional testing when clinically appropriate.
