General

  • Optima Hormone & Longevity provides virtual care for adults who are physically located in Florida at the time of their appointment. New patients may schedule a consultation to discuss hormone concerns, metabolic health, preventive care, weight optimization, or other appropriate medical needs. Dr. Concepcion reviews your health history, symptoms, goals, medications, and available lab results before discussing recommendations. Some conditions may require additional testing or in-person evaluation before treatment can move forward.

  • Current virtual appointments are intended for patients who are physically located in Florida at the time of their visit. Your actual location must be disclosed before care is provided.

  • No. Optima Hormone & Longevity is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Visit pricing is provided before you schedule your appointment.

Sessions & Treatment

  • Your first visit includes a detailed review of your symptoms, medical history, goals, medications, and available lab results. Dr. Concepcion then discusses appropriate next steps based on your individual needs.

  • No. Laboratory testing is separate from the consultation fee. Existing results may be reviewed, or additional testing may be recommended when clinically appropriate.

  • No. Paying for or completing a consultation does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed. Treatment decisions are made by Dr. Concepcion after evaluation and only when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.

  • Telehealth services may include hormone evaluation, HRT or BHRT follow-up, testosterone evaluation when appropriate, metabolic and weight optimization, preventive care, review of laboratory results, and selected virtual sick visits.
