Clear pricing for consultations, follow-up care, refills, and virtual sick visits. Laboratory testing, medications, supplements, and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically stated.
Consultations & Follow-Up
45–60 minutes. Includes a detailed review of your medical history, symptoms, health goals, medications, and available laboratory results. Dr. Concepcion will discuss appropriate recommendations and an initial treatment plan based on your individual needs.
20–30 minutes. Designed for established patients to review progress, discuss symptoms, evaluate laboratory results when available, monitor treatment, and make appropriate adjustments to the care plan.
Additional Visits
For established patients who need a brief medication refill, simple treatment adjustment, or appropriate portal-based refill review. Additional evaluation or laboratory testing may be required before a refill can be approved.
A focused telehealth visit for selected non-emergency medical concerns that can be appropriately evaluated virtually. Some conditions may require urgent care, emergency care, testing, or an in-person examination.
